A lot of goodies for breakfast. A nice size and huge unit with a hot big shower and a large window, as example. The staff was affable, the location was reasonably priced...

Had a really comfortable stay for 1 night. The personnel was nice and very kind. I was upgraded and had a spotless and huge room with 3 beds. The hotel location was great, close to the market. Everything exceeded all expectations.

The room at Residencial Turistico Rio Guayas was so cozy and inviting. It had its own private entrance, which made me feel like I had my own little slice of paradise. The bathroom was clean and had all the toiletries I needed. Plus, the terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful views and soak up nature.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower in the room. But hey, it's just my opinion, and others might still find it perfectly fine.

great location, spacious room, helpful staff. Groceries and bank across the street. Enjoyed the homemade fish spot on the corner. Lovely family that runs the place. Quick to fix any issues. Free coffee and fruit. Good shower pressure. AC and Netflix included. Never felt threatened in the area.
Noisy room at the top of the stairs.

Stayed at this conveniently located B&B near Malecon. Enjoyed the free WiFi and AC; they saved me from melting in the Guayaquil heat. The staff was quite interesting, especially the children who entertained me while I attempted my grand escape.
Oh, I just loved how I had to make some noise to get out and about! What a thrilling challenge, banging on surfaces like a madwoman.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. The location was marvelous, close to the center and Guayaquil. The staff was accommodating and really made a difference to my trip. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a TV, fridge, AC, microwave oven, and electric kettle. I was happy to find Picanteria Don Carlos, which was just a short walk from the hotel and served nice food.
